STUDIO POLICIES
Tuition
Monthly tuition varies depending on which class you're taking. It is based on the number of classes a dancer takes in a week.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
Dancers participating in the June Recitals pay full June tuition. Additional class times on the stage as well as dress rehearsal is included in class tuition through June 13th. Your dancer must be enrolled in a class at the time of recital in order to participate.
Some monthly sessions during our season have 5 dance classes. Some months have three (example: Thanksgiving, Winter Break). Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of weeks in a given month.
There is a 10% discount for each additional dancer enrolled in a single family.
Registration and Tuition covers the cost of all classroom materials; however, dance-wear and costumes for performances are extra.
Annual Fees
New students pay a registration fee each season. There is also costume fees per class as well as a recital/t-shirt fee each year.
Make-Up Classes
If a student misses a class due to illness or travel, that class may be made up in another age-appropriate class, if desired.
Drop Policy
A dancer may drop for any reason by emailing your studio. Please notify us in writing by the 15th of the month in order to avoid paying tuition for the following month.

We also take a 6 week break between recital and the beginning of our season each year in August. Camps are held throughout the summer, which includes our famous Princess Camp!
Year-Round Dance Season
Dance is held from August through mid-June. A dancer may join a class at any time during the season, until your pre-determined cut off based on the date of your recital.

En Pointe Dance Studio receives and stores personal information (stored in a secure operating environment) which we use in an effort to provide you the best possible customer service and to keep you fully informed about the studio. It is very important that you provide us with an email address that you check frequently. We also may use your e-mail address and/or other methods to send you newsletters, as well as messages about En Pointe offers, promotions, emergency procedures, announcements, consumer surveys and other correspondences. En Pointe Dance Studio is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information and will not sell or transfer such information.
